Cintz 30 ft adjustable Speed Agility Ladder Review

Speed Agility Ladder consists of sturdy flat plastic rungs connected using webbing strap. The Speed Agility Ladder can be used for hopping, running or walking drills to increase speed, agility, coordination and sense of balance. Great for soccer drills. Available in 2 sizes 15' and 30'. Note: 30' ladder can be separated into two 15' ladders if required. Distance between the rungs can be adjusted to suit your requirements. Plastic rungs are flat for increased durability and your safety. Ladder collapses easily to fit into the carry pouch included with the ladder for easy carrying. The ladder stores in its own handle to prevent tangling.
